The Congress on Friday fielded Shweta Bhatt, wife of suspended Insolvency practitioners officer Sanjiv Bhatt, spicing in the contest for that Maninagar constituency where she'll undertake Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi.

Ms. Bhatt, between her husbands who had alleged complicity for Mr. Modi within the 2002 riots, on Friday began a march together with her fans from Mahatma Gandhi’s Ashram here and arrived at the district collect orate office where she filed her nomination papers before coming back officer P.K. “My fight is perfect for truth, to determine democracy, please support me,” she stated.

In answer an issue on BJP’s accusations of Sanjiv Bhatt getting used like a pawn through the Congress party, Ms. Bhatt stated, “I had made the decision earlier which I will contest individually (against Modi)... however the Congress has provided me an chance and so I am fighting on their own ticket,” she stated.
